Lance is the Program Director of WMJJ-FM (Magic 96.5) in Birmingham, Alabama. Lance has also programmed radio stations in cities like Memphis, Salt Lake City, and Stockton, California. Lance also spent 12 1/2 years on air at KOST and KBIG in Los Angeles. Lance grew up in Sacramento, California, which was described by an F.O.L.
